I witnessed before too....
And I am the one who gave up the seat to old man and this gal
just dashed to sit down. I went up to the gal and told her "hello,
the seat is not meant for you, its for the old man"
She got up in a 'buay kam guan' face...
I've seen a women talking on a phone with eyes close pretending to
be asleep... The preg lady infront of her just took her photo... I
think it was stomped 
I simply dun understand how u can talk on the phone and slp at
the same time...
